At LMN Addiction Treatment, we offer a full continuum of care to support every stage of recovery. Our programs are designed by experienced clinicians and personalized to meet individual needs.
Medical Detox
Medical detoxification at LMN is the critical first step toward physical stabilization. Our 24/7 medical team, led by board-certified addiction medicine physicians, manages withdrawal symptoms using individualized medication-assisted protocols. Each patient receives continuous vital-sign monitoring, comfort medications adjusted in real time, and nutritional support to ease the body through the 3-7 day detox window.
We understand that detox is frightening -- for patients and for their families. That is why we provide daily updates to designated family members and offer pre-discharge family orientation sessions so loved ones understand what to expect during early recovery. Our detox unit is designed for privacy and calm, with semi-private rooms and access to our Meditation Labyrinth for gentle, supervised movement when medically appropriate.

Residential Treatment
Our 30-90 day residential program immerses patients in a structured, mindfulness-centered environment within our 45-bed facility. Each day is carefully designed to balance clinical intensity with restorative practices, ensuring that patients build the internal resources needed for long-term sobriety while strengthening their family connections.
Residential patients participate in individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy sessions, and creative arts programming. CBT and EMDR address the cognitive and trauma-related roots of addiction, while equine-assisted therapy and somatic experiencing help patients reconnect with their bodies. Scheduled family visiting hours, weekend family picnics on our grounds, and the Family Lodge for overnight family stays ensure that loved ones remain engaged throughout the residential experience.

Outpatient Program
LMN's outpatient programs provide continued clinical support while allowing patients to live at home and maintain their daily responsibilities. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets three to four evenings per week for 8-12 weeks, combining group therapy, individual counseling, and mindfulness training in sessions structured around family schedules.
The standard outpatient track offers one to two weekly sessions for patients who have completed higher levels of care or who present with less acute clinical needs. Both tracks include ongoing family therapy components, relapse prevention planning, and access to our alumni support network. We coordinate with employers, schools, and childcare providers so that treatment fits into real life rather than replacing it.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Roughly half of people struggling with addiction also carry an undiagnosed or undertreated mental health condition. At LMN, our dual diagnosis program treats both simultaneously rather than asking patients to address one before the other. Our psychiatric team conducts comprehensive assessments for anxiety disorders, major depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other co-occurring conditions, then designs integrated treatment plans that weave psychiatric medication management, trauma-focused therapy, and addiction counseling into a single coherent path.
Families play a critical role in dual diagnosis recovery. Our clinicians educate loved ones about how mental health symptoms and substance use interact, equipping them to recognize warning signs and provide informed support after discharge. EMDR and somatic experiencing are core modalities in this program, helping patients process traumatic memories that often drive both conditions.
